My feedback on Day 1: Relatively Easy. Except for some muscle aches today due to absence of exercise for MONTHS!!! Hubby installed the app on his phone so we just followed the instructions. There was also a countdown to each set of runs and walks so you'll know how many more seconds you have to run, or how many seconds of rest / walk you have left.
Running around UP Diliman on a Monday night was cool, literally, heheh =) I just love the trees... well I've always loved them trees since college days. I was surprised there were quite a lot of runners, and the stores were still open. Bottles of Gatorade or water would still be accessible at the UP Main Library and in front of Faculty Center until 10pm.
